Positive: Charming, modern, pet-friendly, clean, gated corner house in historic community close to everything. Great for long term stays. The park bench in the front yard was an added bonus!
Negative: 1) The connected unit is 2 stories so you could hear people walking above you. 2) the fridge has a water dispenser and ice maker but is not connected to the water supply.
