Gatsby-Style San Marcos 5BR | Private Pool, Gym, Walk to TXST, Sleeps 12

This place is so cool! Fabulous living area and kitchen space. It is a multi level home, but thoughtfully equipped with retractable gates to keep toddlers safe. Great bedrooms and baths. We traveled in the fall so didn’t use the beautiful pool, but we enjoyed the outdoor living area. Highly recommend!

This house worked very well for our family. My reservations pertain to the fact that I could not get confirmation for an early check in until the morning of our stay. That is not helpful when we live a 5 hour drive away. Minutes before we arrived they told us the WiFi was not working. The first morning we discovered that the coffee pot did not work! On a brighter note we brought a test kit to make sure that the pool water was treated and safe for the kids and it was. The house was very clean… no complaints there. We received numerous emails all during our stay and at the last minute we got checkout instructions. We followed them to the letter but received a text charging us for a stained sheet?! They sent photos and it looked like dirt that would come out with a standard spray. Not sure how I feel about that… shouldn’t we call it even for no internet and no coffee? Oh and the internet repair people were nicking on the door asking us for permission to enter the back yard. Don’t think that’s our responsibility. Sum this up as u wish. It all seemed a bit cumbersome to me. However, It was nice to have the family all together.

Great location and beautiful property. We will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Great house!! Loved the pool! Very convenient location. 10/10

We rented this place for our son's graduation from Texas State. Plenty of room for relatives and friends that celenbrated with us. Out door area and pool are perfect.
