Negative: Thermostat was programmed to go to 80 at night and had a lock code on it so we couldn't change it

Seabrook Nook
Hidden gem in a sus neighborhood. The house had everything as advertised. Had a little moldy smell but probably because it's close to the beach. I appreciate that the house was fully stocked.
