Lake Conroe 3BR near The Woodlands | Boat Ramp, Fire Pit, Fenced Yard

Absolutely terrible Positive: NOTHING this place was falsely advertised Negative: EVERYTHING it was a trailer not a house, it was not ON THE LAKE like the pictures indicated and the description suggested, it was in a TERRIBLE location I saw drug activity and there were ROACHES AND WOOD TICKS; I was with my CHILDREN this was horrbile and I cant believe they are allowed to do this without giving a FULL REFUND the trip was ruined and we were scared to sleep

We stayed here for the high school state championship fishing tournament. It was a great location with a boat ramp. The hosts said “yes” to everything we needed/wanted and were very responsive. Truck & trailer parking, plenty of living space for several fisherman.

Property was exactly as it was described online. Clean and updated property. The only negative was the air conditioner had a hard time keeping up in the heat and humidity. The host was very prompt on answering any issues.

The home INSIDE was just as pictured!! Cozy and comfortable inside. Nice outside porch. GREAT communication with the host when we had issues with the door code. I was a little disappointed because it says Lake Conroe and shows lake views, but there was absolutely no views of water! A few trees in the mobile home park
