Lake Conroe 3BR near The Woodlands | Boat Ramp, Fire Pit, Fenced Yard

The property was generally as described. The outdoor area was not as nice as it looked in the pictures. The outdoor cushions need to be replaced as they are worn out and stained. The hosts were very responsive to a few problems that arose. The coffee maker quit working and they had a new one delivered the same day. Had a problem with the TV remote that did not work properly and they responded with a fix very quickly. The property is very dog friendly with dog beds provided and had a very nice wood fence. The bed was very comfortable and the property had a well supplied bathroom. It was very hot when we were there and the air conditioner worked very well.

Absolutely terrible Positive: NOTHING this place was falsely advertised Negative: EVERYTHING it was a trailer not a house, it was not ON THE LAKE like the pictures indicated and the description suggested, it was in a TERRIBLE location I saw drug activity and there were ROACHES AND WOOD TICKS; I was with my CHILDREN this was horrbile and I cant believe they are allowed to do this without giving a FULL REFUND the trip was ruined and we were scared to sleep

My Grandmother lives in the area and it’s hard for her to travel. Since she has moved in with a family member it’s been harder for her to have visits with her great grand kids seeing as I live out of town. This rental was perfect! It was easy to get to and was stocked with everything we needed for a week staycation. The house was clean and house information was easy to fine and fallow. I had a little issue with the washer machine but the host was super quick to respond to messages and was super helpful. If this house is available I’ll be booking it for the next family visit.

We stayed here for the high school state championship fishing tournament. It was a great location with a boat ramp. The hosts said “yes” to everything we needed/wanted and were very responsive. Truck & trailer parking, plenty of living space for several fisherman.
